Yes. Cancellation charges apply if the booking is cancelled by you the Client and all cancellations must be
made via the Event Management Team.
Due to our Health and Safety regulations, candles are not allowed anywhere in the venue. LED candles only, are permitted.
Due to our Health and Safety regulations we cannot lend you a ladder.
We cannot allow anything to be stuck to any surface of the venue as this can cause damage.
Yes. It is your responsibility to check that all suppliers/contractors you employ have public liability insurance, all electrical equipment is PAT tested and suppliers comply with current Health & Safety Regulations. Copies
must be supplied on request. Please note that fixtures cannot be moved.
Unfortunately we do not allow confetti or confetti cannons.
Once you have confirmed your booking, you are welcome to arrange for site visits with your suppliers. Please ensure you contact your Event Manager to arrange a convenient time.
