Join us pre-debate for a light bite, or evening dinner. The historical Cambridge Union Society has long since hosted famous speakers for drinks after spirited speeches or passionate debates. While this history still stands strong, The Orator Brasserie and Bar now provides a perfect destination for city dwellers and visitors, as well as Union members.

The Debating Chamber is home to the weekly debates every Thursday, but it also hosts a variety of Society events, as well as a central venue for hosting a wide variety of events and conferences. Rooms can be booked at a discounted rate by Union members who are currently also members of Cambridge or Anglia Ruskin universities, terms and conditions apply, for more information please get in touch.
